Usage Recommendations

Since the grill section of the general barbecue is made of raw steel, it is recommended that the surface be cleaned before and after use with oil or onion, not with water, and that it remains oily. Since the wooden parts of the barbecue are made of specially imported iroko wood, it is recommended to expose it to sunlight twice a year and apply teak oil suitable for outdoor use as this will extend its life.
