This seminal design was designed by Dominique Imbert in 1968 and was revolutionary in its category in design and technical innovation. Among the Focus fireplace models, it is the first model that hangs in the air from the ceiling and rotates 360 degrees. It is the white version of this model.
This prestigious model has become an international classic and a symbol of Focus brand fireplaces. This model was exhibited at the Museum of Contemporary Art in Bordeaux (1996) and The Museum of Contemporary Art Grenoble (1997), as well as at the Gugenheim Museum New York (1998).
In addition, this model received the first prize among 621 works of many famous designers in the "World's Most Beautiful Object Competition" held in Italy in 2009, and was buried in a park in Italy after 100 years with a ceremony to inspire future generations.
This fireplace is made of 4 mm-thick cor-ten steel and has a diameter of 125 cm (fire chamber weight: 97 kg). It can be rotated 360 degrees, so it can be turned to different sides of the space. It can be used as a wall fireplace in front of a wall or as a central fireplace in the middle of the space.
The length of the chimney pipe and other adaptations are produced according to need.
